Dave was beyond incredible with the entire process of our house finding journey. Initially, my wife and I we were just browsing and not 100% ready to pull the trigger on buying a home. Dave was still gracious and available for us to do some viewings. He never once pressured us into buying a home and was happy to show us any home we wanted to see. A few months later when we were ready, he went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. We must have viewed 20-30 homes and he was still happy to show us more. He would give insight on things about each house that he noticed. Little tips or a heads up on the quality of the flooring, siding, crawl spaces, etc. It was a really nice touch! We ended up finding out perfect home and he was willing to do everything in his power to help with the closing process as well.
